You know for a septic company to get a 5 star rating it HAS to be good!!! With this company you get kindness, responsiveness, and honorable work! We just bought a home that required some extra love and this company came out on OUR schedule to evaluate things. Ultimately it didn’t need anything done so no charge even for their time did we have to deal with. Brian and his team were great! They worked hard on finding a hard to find septic tank (in Maryland) so they could inspect it for me. They had to come back the next day and dig deep. Brian was pleasant the entire time (which helped with my frustration) and flexible. This will be a new house and having a septic tank will be a new experience for me.
